Amazing location! the hotel is situated in the heart of the picturesque Tuscan countryside, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills. the peaceful and serene environment creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. the hotel is conveniently located near various Tuscan villages, allowing for easy exploration and discovery of the region's charm.
One aspect that could be improved is the inconsistency in service. This inconsistency in customer service can be off-putting and affects the overall experience.

The view from the hotel and pool area was stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our Easter getaway. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The cleanliness of the facility was noticeable, with well-kept grounds and tidy rooms.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The shower in our room was not up to par, lacking water pressure and functionality.

The panoramic view and beautifully maintained gardens were truly amazing. We enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool, which offered a stunning view. The breakfast spread was very nice and had a good variety of options to choose from.
The rooms were quite small and lacked privacy. The pool was freezing even in hot weather, and the prices for food and wine were on the higher side.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, allowing us to take in the beautiful Tuscany landscape. the friendly and helpful staff were a huge plus, making our stay even more enjoyable. the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, ensuring that we were well-rested for our city explorations.
The lack of sound insulation between rooms was a downside, as we could sometimes hear noise from our neighbors. the signage to the hotel was quite poor, making it difficult to find without GPS.

The staff at the resort were amazing and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the resort was also great, with beautiful views and close proximity to charming towns. Plus, the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were absolutely delicious and a highlight of our stay.
The showers in the apartments could definitely use an update. They were on the smaller side and not as luxurious as we would have expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this stunning location. Borgo Sant'Ambrogio - Resort has an exclusive feel and offers breathtaking views of the scenic surroundings. Despite the rough road leading to the resort, it's to be expected in such a rural area. the pool area was fantastic, with plenty of beds and amazing views. the building itself had interesting architectural features due to its age. My room was generously sized, split level, and had a nice little terrace outside. the restaurant staff, particularly Davide, provided exceptional service and the food was great, especially the delicious Tuscan soup we had for lunch. The breakfast, made with local organic produce, was of high quality. Cons: Nothing not to like. 👍.
